Moving from Paper to Electronic HACCP Records

 The article is derived from our presentation at last year’s Food Safety Summit and from experience developing NWA eHACCP, . The conversion process is similar to other paper-based to IT based systems such as a LIMS conversion. By following the approach outlined in the article, trauma will be reduced and the chances of success much greater.
